How to install a custom grille

I used a 300C as a donor car. I bought this grille at incarparts.com!!!

How to install Chrysler 300 / 300C grille

Here is a stock 300C grille

Remove the plastic clips located on the top side of the bumper cover.

Remove bolts located on the front bottom side of the bumper cover.

Remove the plastic clips that hold front section splash shield to the bumper cover itself.

Remove the bolt located in the fender well area behind the splash shield.

Remove the washer fluid hose.

Unclip the bumper light wire harness.

Pull the bumper cover off by pulling it forward  to unlcip the bumper.

On the backside of the bumper cover remove the clip that holds the bumper foam filler.

Removing the backside bumper foam filler.

Remove the screws that hold the grille in.

Place the grilleCraft Mesh grille into the bumper – make sure to  mark mounting tab locations.

Drill a hole for the mounting screws to go into.

Paint the area behind the grille with a quick drying flat black paint to hide any inconsistent color changes.

Using the supplied hardware, fasten the grille in place.

Use Chrysler Par t# 04805988-AA If you want the Chrysler Badge on the grille. Make sure to remove prongs from emblem.

The factory emblem has adhesive on the back of it- peel off the protection and stick it to the front of the grille.

Using an quick drying epoxy kit apply the epoxy to the back side of the emblem and apply to grille.

Look at it now!
